Kate Gosselin has found her way back into the ballroom on ABC‘s Dancing With the Stars, as a news correspondent for Entertainment Tonight. The single mother of eight was approached by the entertainment news show to serve as a special correspondent for this week’s episodes of the hit dancing competition. Next week, the Kate plus 8 star will perform on the ABC‘s Dancing With the Stars season finale with partner, Tony Dovolani.
Last night was Gosselin’s first night as the ET correspondent for ABC‘s Dancing With the Stars, interviewing the remaining contestants. Us Weekly bashed Gosselin’s interviewing skills, mocking her fake tan and valley girl accent. She chatted with each competitor and offered her thoughts on their performances.
To NFL star, Chad Ochocinco, Gosselin said ”On your second dance, I could see… could you not hear him having total fun? I can see the difference from the couple weeks I was here, like, in real life… Your nerves are gone, you’re having fun. You are faking it until you are making it. I mean, wow! Amazing.”
Her clear favorite though was Olympic gold medalist Evan Lysacek. She told him, “You made me cry tonight. Seriously, I got, like, chills, and literally caught myself crying. I leaned over to Jake [Pavelka] and said, ‘Seriously, he may have sealed the deal.’”
