Tonight on a brand new episode of Top Chef on Bravo we’ll see two chefs leave the competition in a double elimination. Think you know who is safe and who will be sent packing? Keep reading to find out if you’re correct or if your favorite was sent home!

First up on Top Chef on Bravo tonight was the quickfire challenge. For this challenge, the chefs had to create an adult meal with a baby version as well. And since both Padma and Tom have infants, they would be the only two judges for this challenge. For this quickfire the winner would get $10k but no immunity this week.

The worst dishes were Tim, as his Tom did not like his lamb on the adult plate; Kelly for her bland pork….and the poor girl thought she would prove that not having children doesn’t mean you couldn’t make baby food. Also in the bottom were Alex for overpowering dill baby food along with Kevin for too much blood on his plate of duck. The best dishes were Lynne, Tamesha, who used some licorice oil in her dish, Angelo and Kenny. In the end we had two winners in Tamesha and Kenny, who impressed the judges so much they each won $10k.

For the elimination challenge on Top Chef on Bravo, the contestants would be competing in a tournament style competition in teams of two. The teams would be cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner that should be healthy and convenient for the Hilton Hotel. After breakfast, two teams would be safe from elimination, after lunch two more teams would be safe and the final three teams would be cooking to stay in the competition. The winning dinner dish would be added to The Hilton’s menu and the teams were advised that this would be a double elimination as one team would be sent packing tonight.

After choosing their partners, the teams headed out to get their ingredients and start cooking. Surprise, surprise that Angelo and Kenny did not end up on the same team…you didn’t expect them to choose each other now, did you? When the contestants returned to start cooking, the judges were joined by previous Top Chef contestants Mike Isabella, Brian Voltaggio, and Spike Mendelsohn. As if the contestants did not have enough pressure, they sure did now! Amanda and Stephen were determined to prove themselves and they teamed up as apparently no one else wanted to work with either of them. Their effort paid off in the breakfast round as they won along with Tim and Tiffany and both teams were sent top safety.

In the lunch round on Top Chef on Bravo, the remaining the teams busted their behinds to get it right as only two teams would remain safe. To everyone’s surprise Ed and Alex were one of the winners of the lunch challenge along with Angelo and Tamesha.
That left Kelly and Andrea, Lynne and Arnold, and Kenny and Kevin. Both Kenny and Kevin as well as Kelly and Andrea went with a beef short rib dish while Lynne and Arnold went with a mussel and pasta dish. The winner of dinner and of the Hilton’s new menu item was Andrea and Kelly with their short ribs. While the judges loved both short rib plates, they preferred Kelly and Andrea’s as there was more au jus on theirs.

Unfortunately, that meant one team would be heading home, and that was Arnold and Lynne due to the fact that their pasta was undercooked and it was a not the right dish fit for The Hilton. Best of luck to Lynne and Arnold and be sure to tune in next week for another new episode of Top Chef on Bravo!
