Dancing with the Stars, So You Think You Can Dance, and Survivor all took home Emmy awards at Saturday’s Creative Arts Emmy Awards ceremony. Five reality TV shows will still compete at Sunday night’s 62nd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony for Outstanding Reality Competition, but early awards were given out this past weekend for outstanding reality TV host, cinematography, choreography, costumes, and hairstyling. Keep reading for details on which shows took home Emmys this year…

This Saturday at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards ceremony, several popular reality TV shows and stars took home trophies for their outstanding work. Survivor host, Jeff Probst, outwitted and outlasted his competition in the category for Outstanding Host of Reality or Reality-Competition Program. He beat out fellow nominees Ryan Seacrest for American Idol, Heidi Klum for Project Runway, Tom Bergeron for Dancing with the Stars, and Phil Keoghan for Amazing Race for the Emmy. This is Jeff Probst’s third Emmy win, an impressive feat since the category has only existed since 2008.

Survivor also won a Creative Arts Emmy for Outstanding Cinematography for Reality Programming. Dancing with the Stars and So You Think You Can Dance each nabbed two Emmys at Saturday’s ceremony. Dancing With the Stars took home a statue for Outstanding Hairstyling for a Multi-Camera Series or Special as well as a win for Outstanding Technical Direction, Camerawork, Video Control for a Series.

So You Think You Can Dance‘s judge/choreographer, Mia Michaels, won another Emmy award for her choreography last season. Her contemporary routine “Gravity/Addiction” won the statue for Outstanding Choreography. The show also nabbed an Emmy for Outstanding Costumes.

Jamie Oliver’s Food Nation took home the trophy for Outstanding Reality Program, beating out Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List, Dirty Jobs, Antiques Roadshow, Mythbusters, and the new hit Undercover Boss. The award for Outstanding Reality-Competition Program will be handed out during Sunday night’s broadcast. The nominees include American Idol, Project Runway, Dancing With The Stars, Amazing Race, and Top Chef.
