The Real Housewives Of New Jersey: Caroline Manzo’s Message For The Cast Of Jersey Shore!

September 05, 2010 03:00 PM by Jennifer

Many agree that Caroline Manzo seems to be  the voice of reason the the hit reality show The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and now she is giving some of that motherly advice to the Snooki and the rest of the cast of Jersey Shore! Read on to see what she had to say!

Manzo believes that with all of the hype about the kids of the hit show being taunted as bad stereotypes on not only the state of New Jersey, but also of Italian Americans, everyone should give them a break. After all, they are only kids. “We have to understand that they don’t represent the state, they don’t represent the culture. They represent themselves. If they make a fool of themselves, they’re just making a fool of themselves. Do your thing.” she tells People. Caroline just doesn’t understand why people just won’t leave them all alone.

Manzo, whose show also sees it’s fair share of accusations of bad representation, just finished a guest stint in the Off-Broadway comedy My Big Gay Italian Wedding with costars Teresa Giudice, daughter Lauren Manzo, sister-in-law Jacqueline Laurita, and Jacqueline’s daughter Ashley Holmes. Part two of their explosive reunion show airs this Monday night.
