You know her as the quirky assistant who puts up with a lot of obsessive craziness on the hit show Flipping Out. But what is it really like to work for the very organized Designer Jeff Lewis? Read on to hear what Jenni Pulos has to say about her boss!
In a recent interview with House Beautiful Magazine, Jenni Pulos explained what working for Jeff Lewis has taught her. “He’s taught me to reduce clutter. I’m never going to be Jeff Lewis. I want my house to have layers of coziness, but I do see his points about things. We can always be more organized. Have I totally implemented it? I’m working on it. Baby steps. It’s funny because I organize his life well,” Jenni Pulos says.
On the hit show Flipping Out, it is not hard to see how Jeff is very obsessive about neatness and organization. Jenni also says that there are some interesting things about her boss that we really don’t get to see on TV. She adds,”No condiments in the refrigerator. I find the no-condiments thing funny. He likes all the labels facing the same way. He doesn’t like smell; he’s very sensitive to smell, so no leftovers. Zoila hides things in her room, and he manages to find those things as well.”
Jeff Lewis was asked by the House Beautiful to come up with the design for the 2010 Kitchen Of The Year, which will be displayed in New York City for six weeks.
