Top Chef: All Stars Season Eight Announced

Can’t get enough Top Chef? Have no fear because Tom Colicchio and Padma Lakshmi are headed back to our television screens sooner than you think! It has just been announced that Top Chef on Bravo will be returning in December for an all star season chock full of fan favorites and prior finalists. Keep reading for more details!
That’s right folks, season eight of Top Chef on Bravo has just been revealed and will return with an all star cast. On December 1, 2010 at 10 pm EST, you will see host Padma Lakshmi and head judge chef Tom Colicchio, alongside judges Gail Simmons and new this season, best-selling author and chef, Anthony Bourdain return to New York City along with 18 previous Top Chef contestants, including finalists and some fan favorites. The contestants will go head to head to see if they have what it takes for the premiere of Top Chef All-Stars. So who are the returning contestants? Take a look as you may see one of your favorites.

Tom Colicchio goes on to say about season eight with the all stars “With seven seasons of ‘Top Chef’ under our belt, the timing feels right for an All-Stars edition. It has all the elements to be our best season yet. Getting Tony Bourdain to serve as a judge throughout the season was the icing on the cake.” Be sure to mark your calendar for December 1, 2010 when the premiere of Top Chef season eight all stars will be on!
