If you tuned into to Wednesday evening’s explosive episode of Hell’s Kitchen on FOX, then you watched as Gordon Ramsay eliminated both Raj Brandston and Louis Repucci from the competition. We had a chance to sit down with these two chefs and get their thoughts. Keep reading for all the details!
This was by far one of the most interesting interviews to date with anyone from Hell’s Kitchen on FOX as these two contestants do not get along well and we had to speak to them separately. Here is what they each wanted to share with the viewers and their fans!!
RTVM: Raj, tell us what happened and why you think you were sent home?
Raj Brandston: It was chaotic and no one liked me. It was a terrible cooking battle and I did not get along well with anyone but it was still fun.
RTVM: Do you think the fact that you are older than most of the other contestants had something to do with their dislike of you?
Raj Brandston: Absolutely and because I am such a great cook. I was attacked by everyone there, Trevor, Louis and what was with Vinny?
RTVM: When you were eliminated you said that Gordon Ramsay did not like you, do you really believe that?
Raj Brandston: I think we have two different cooking styles and that we clashed and it was just uncomfortable. He is severe and tough and I am not used to that much of it.
RTVM: So what is next for you, Raj?
Raj Brandston: I am opening a restaurant in Venice Beach. It will be on the boardwalk and have a micro brew and the best burgers in LA. I will continue with my delicious cooking and if anyone wants to keep up with me, just look me up on facebook.
RTVM: Your turn Louis, tell us where you went wrong.
Louis Repucci: I went down in flames on the meat station. I work in YMCA camps cooking for kids and this was very different, a lot tougher for me but I think I carried myself the best I could.
RTVM: How was your overall experience on Hell’s Kitchen?
Louis Repucci: It was an unbelievable experience. I learned so much and they encourage you so much. I don’t regret any of it and I will never forget it.
RTVM: What are your thoughts on Gordon Ramsay?
Louis Repucci: He is amazing, I mean his Michelin stars say it all. His standards are of the highest level and you just have to roll with the punches.
RTVM: What is next for you?
Louis Repucci: Well, I will keep working for YMCA camps. We are actually opening a brand new kitchen for a YMCA retreat in a month and I am very excited about it. You can keep up with me on facebook as well, or just google me as I am all over the web these days.
