Real Housewives Of New York City Ramona Singer Attacks Producer

Drama doesn’t just unfold before our eyes on The Real Housewives Of New York City.  Apparently, it happens backstage, too.  Sources tell Life & Style that Ramona Singer attacked a producer on the set!

While most of the drama of the show once centered around Jill Zarin and former cast member Bethenny Frankel, the source claims that Ramona has been acting out physically and emotionally, but not for the show.  While no one is clear as to what is going on with her, the source says that she’s been very erratic since shooting began on the fourth season.

The physical altercation occurred during filming when Ramona slapped one of the producers from Shed Media.  Shed Media is the company that produces the reality show.  Reps for the company currently had no comment for this story.

Ramona isn’t the first Housewife to get physical with someone during the show.  Teresa Guidance from the Real Housewives of New Jersey threw then Bravo host, Andy Cohen, during an outburst during a reunion show.  Also, during the first season of “New Jersey,” Jacqueline Laurita’s daughter, Ashley, pulled out Danielle Staub’s hair extensions.

This incident kicks off quite a season for the show, as the crew of the show was just robbed of equipment and personal items while filming a scene.  There is no word yet on whether or not the altercation will be mentioned on this season’s show.  However, if Ramona is acting erratic so early in the filming, it can only make for good television!
