Bravo’s hit show Flipping Out has seen its fair share of drama. The once wildly successful house flipper Jeff Lewis had his world turned upside down when the real estate market crashed, forcing him to totally change the way he did business. Now, dealing mostly with design, he’s moved away from flipping houses, which is funny, because that’s what the whole show was supposed to be about when it first aired a few years ago. But, it looks like times might be changing, as Jeff Lewis finally sold a house!
It only took 2.5 years, but the Flipping Out star everyone loves to hate has finally unloaded a house. Even more, it’s his own house! Yes, he just sold his Valley Oak residence in Los Angeles for the bargain price of $2,325,000.
I’m not kidding about that being a cheap price. Jeff bought the fixer upper in 2007 for $1,710,000, worked his Jeff Lewis magic, and then tried to sell it for a whopping $3,195,000 in 2008.
It didn’t budge.
The famous 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, two-story 3,024 square foot hillside house located on a quiet cul-de-sac has served as his home and main filming locale of the Flipping Out crew. Where will they go now?

And does this mean that next season will go back to the original storyline of flipping houses? Let’s hope so. Renovation shows are a dime a dozen these days, even if the you hire the devil himself to them.
