After last week’s twist delivered a tribal swap, Survivor: Nicaragua is ready to stun the castaways once again. When Espada and La Flor arrive at a challenge, they learn they aren’t competing for tribal Immunity, but for individual Immunity. Plus, a teaser from CBS says the upcoming episode delivers one of the best Tribal Councils we’ve seen. Game on!
Does this twist mean a merge? I’m guessing no. I see no reason behind having last week’s tribal swap only lasting a few days. This is likely a double elimination episode where both tribes go to Tribal Council. Again, this is a twist that is nothing new to the show. We’ve seen it before where both tribes are forced to vote somebody out after competing for individual Immunity. That leaves one player on each tribe safe when their respective group heads to Tribal Council.
The episode is titled, “Worst Case Scenario,” which a CBS press release teases delivers one of the “most memorable Tribal Councils of the season.” That press release also says one of the games most prominent masterminds (I’m thinking Marty) targets two foes in the upcoming episode. That strategic player then sets a plan in motion to eliminate one of those enemies with a hidden Immunity Idol.
15 contestants remain.
