The Real Housewives Of New York City-Former Star Bethenny Frankel Dishes On New Show

October 18, 2010 03:00 PM by Allyson Wells

Former Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel revealed that she has no plans to return to the show. Instead, she will continue to focus on her own life and have it showcased through her own show on Bravo.

Bethenny was recently married to Jason Hoppy and had a daughter Bryn in May. She also had her own spin-off Bravo reality series, Bethenny Getting Married. Bethenny revealed to In Touch Weekly that Bravo is interested in a second season of showcasing her life.

Bethenny revealed that a deal has yet to be finalized with Bravo, but has no doubt her popular show will continue. She told In Touch Weekly at the World’s First Ever Internet TV by Sony event in New York, “This season is actually more about what goes on in my marriage. The show will focus in on bringing two people together from totally different backgrounds-combined with balancing a crazy career and family life-all while trying to keep it normal.” Bethenny added that viewers will also get to see her daughter more often. “I am really trying to steal as many moments as I can with Bryn and really savor that quality time-like bath time!”

Finally, Bethenny admitted that she will still watch her enemies Jill Zarin and Kelly Killoren Bensimon on The Real Housewives of New York City. “Of course I watch. Curiosity killed the cat.” She’ll have plenty of drama to watch, as it was reported that Ramona Singer has been erratic in her behavior and recently slapped a producer├é┬ábehind the scenes while filming the popular show.
