Can’t we all just get along? Not if you live in the fabulously wealthy zip code of 90210. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars (and Paris Hilton’s aunties) Kim and Kyle Richards have been highly entertaining to us with their nonstop arguing in every episode of the new show thus far. But now that it’s all said and done, the sisters revealed that the tension between the two of them was only worsened by filming the Bravo reality show.
It’s clear that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills sisters Kim and Kyle are night and day, and not just in hair color. They fight all the time. It’s mostly started by Kim, the insecure single mom. To which Kyle, the personable happily married one, steps in to calm her big sister down.
“We’re very different and we clash sometimes,” Kyle told PEOPLE at the Housewives’ premiere party in LA.
“Being in front of the cameras brings out things that you don’t really expect.”
All the open air fighting and filming has left the siblings relationship feeling “awkward,” Kyle says. “There are no lines; there’s no script. It is what it is.”
Looking back on the highs and lows of filming, Kim said that were some fun times with her sis, but also that the two had the “worst conflict ever.” (Ooh, when will that air??)
“Things are said and done that you just can’t take back,” Kim said.

Added Kyle: “It’s been very straining on our relationship – without a doubt.”
