After what was probably the biggest game play move on Tuesday night’s episode of The Biggest Loser on NBC Adam Hurtado was eliminated by the opposing black team. In a post elimination interview, Adam discusses the game play and whether or not he was eliminated for that reason! Keep reading for more details!

With a tie on the blue team in the elimination room of NBC’s The Biggest Loser this week left the black team in charge of elimination, we watched as they told Adam he would be able to finish his journey at home, but we all know it was part of the game play. What did Adam have to say about their move? In a post elimination interview Adam revealed his thoughts by saying “Ultimately, the voting process kind of served as a compliment to me. I viewed it as they saw me as a threat. I worked so hard in the gym and really gave it my all at all times that it ultimately singled me out as a threat. I knew that was a possibility. It led to me getting voted off. Like I said, no hard feelings to my team. They had to do what they had to do to stay there at the ranch. I won’t hold it against them.”

In the end, the game play did not hurt Adam, it only made him stronger as he is down almost 140 lbs now at home and will probably be in the running for the at home prize. Adam continues to eat healthy and workout as he says “I am cross-training at the moment across all fields. What it is doing is making it more enjoyable for me than working out in the gym every day. I do a combination of boxing, swimming, and running. I am doing football drills with my brother, running the stadium stairs and just staying active throughout the whole day.” and as for his nutrition he goes on “The meal plan has been amazing. When I was at home in California, half of the time since I have been home that definitely jump started and opened my eyes to the fact that nutrition and health don’t have to be… we have that misconception that it tastes bad and is bland and boring. That really reinforced me to stay on my diet and had me eating comparable to what I was eating on the ranch.”

We can’t wait to see you at the finale Adam! Be sure to tune in next week for a brand new episode of The Biggest Loser on NBC!
