Forget what you’ve heard about their marriage being on the outs! According to Kendra Wilkinson of the E! reality show, Kendra, her relationship with NFL husband, Hank Baskett, is doing just fine–even with Baskett on the road playing football. Find out what Kendra revealed about the couple’s long distance relationship!
Former Playboy playmate and E! reality star Kendra Wilkinson has her hands full these days, juggling promotion for the premiere of a new season of Kendra and raising her adorable 10-month-old son, Hank Baskett IV while hubby Hank is on the road playing football in the NFL.
So how does the separation affect the couple’s marriage?
“It’s awesome. It’s not a bad thing,” the 25-year-old Wilkinson told People magazine at Saturday’s “Save Kendra” Halloween event at LAX Nightclub. “It’s a way to step away from everything and actually get a chance to know each other again.”
Kendra goes on to call their long distance marriage a “blessing in disguise,” adding that it has forced the couple to go back to “communicating without the physical part,” as they did when they first met.
Even though they’re miles apart, both Kendra and Hank still remain dedicated to raising their son together. Hank even had a little part of his son’s Halloween and picked out Hank IV’s costume–a giraffe.
As for how the couple is adjusting to parenthood and having Hank IV around…
“He’s the centerpiece of our lives. He’s the gravity of our family,” Wilkinson tells People. “He’s what brings us all together. He’s already starting to share. He’s such a thoughtful little boy. He has such a huge heart.”
Sounds like everything is going well for the Baskett family!
