America’s Next Top Model: Former Judge Nole Marin Sued For Making Unwanted Sexual Advances

November 09, 2010 01:30 PM by Allyson Wells

America’s Next Top Model former judge Nole Marin, who has also appeared on True Beauty, is being accused of making unwanted sexual advances.  He is being sued by an aspiring model.  This lawsuit comes on the heels of another one involving a show member.  Tyra Banks is being sued by the mother of a teen who claims that her underage daughter appeared on the The Tyra Banks Show without proper parental consent.

The New York Daily news reports that Nicholas Hamman-Howe is accusing Nole Marin of making sexual remarks about him and promising to make him a star in exchange for sex.  Hamman-Howe met Marin in 2007, and fashion stylist Nole Marin apparently told him he could strike it rich as an underwear or swimwear model because of his extraordinary physique.  After this meeting, Hamman-Howe alleges that he was subjected to come-ons and fondling.

The suit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court reveals that Hamman-Howe was “shocked and repulsed and pushed Nole Marin away and shouted, ‘This is not what I want to do!’”  Hammon-Howe claims that Marin replied to him, “It’s a very sexual industry and modeling is about who you know and what they’ll do for you.”

The suit also reveals that Hamman-Howe agreed to another meeting with Marin because he was promised $120,000 to appear in an Armani campaign.  Hamman-Howe claims he found himself alone in Marin’s apartment, without any photographers, crew or Armani representatives.  During this time, Marin allegedly reached into Hamman-Howe’s underwear.

Nole Marin has not made any comment about the suit.
