Fans of Dancing With The Stars on ABC watched last night as Kurt Warner and Anna Trebunskaya were eliminated just a week shy of the semi-finals. Despite the disappointment from the crowd and his fans, Kurt Warner discussed his eliminated after the show and proved to us once again that he is indeed a class act. Keep reading for all the details!

While last night may have been disappointing for NFL fans to watch on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars, Kurt Warner has no regrets and in a post elimination interview, he proved why his fans love him so much. After jokingly saying how unfair it was that he was eliminated, Kurt then seriously told reporters “Again, we know there are so many things that go into this. I get to this point and I’m just glad it’s me and it’s not one of these other guys. I don’t want anybody to have to go home because everybody’s worked so hard. So the great thing for me is that I came on this show to have a great time and to have a great experience. Winning wasn’t even a part of why I did this show. So, it’s pretty easy for me to walk away with the great things I acquired on this show.”

Being the class act that he is, Kurt Warner took no satisfaction in the fact that he outlasted fellow sportsman Rick Fox, who was eliminated last week as he goes on to say “This isn’t really about competition. This is about a bunch of people who chose to take on a challenge and are willing to accept whatever comes with that. We’re all proud of one another. Everyone is in the same boat. If we all started at the same level, if we were all really good at this, it would be a competition. But because we are all in the same boat and we don’t know what we’re doing, it’s more about cheering for one another, building those relationships and enjoying watching other people do the same thing you are trying to do. It really isn’t about who you beat or what place you get.”

So who does Kurt Warner think will win the mirror ball trophy? He is split as he says ”If it comes down to dancing, Jennifer or Brandy. They were the ones who came in with the most experience, who have danced the most consistently. So they gotta be the front runners. But the great thing is, Kyle has a chance because he is a tremendous entertainer and a big part of this is entertainment.” And despite the fact that most of us thought Bristol should have been the one sent home last night, Kurt did not have a bad thing to say about her either as he continues “I love Bristol, I think she’s done tremendously well and I’m probably as proud of her as anybody who was on the cast.” We will definitely miss you Kurt next week, but there is no better way to go out than with class!

Be sure to tune in next week at 8 pm EST as the celebrities and pros hit the floor once again!

THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS THAT THIS YEAR SO MANY PEOPLE WITH REAL TALENT WERE THROWN OFF BECAUSE OF BRISTOL PALIN JUST BEING SARAH’S DAUGHTER AND THE TEA PARTY VOTES SUPPORTING HER.BRISTOL IS CLEARLY NOT AS TALENTED ALMOST EVERY WEEK SHE HAS BEEN ON THE BOTTOM ON THE LEADER BOARD. IF THEY GIVE OUT AWARDS NOT ON TALENT WHY ARE WE EVEN ALLOWED TO VOTE? IT IS CLEAR THAT THE VIEWERS VOTE DONT EVEN MATTER THIS SEASON.IF THE REAL TALENT IS NOT AWARDED THE TROPHY AND BRISTOL IS GIVEN THE WIN BECAUSE OF WHOS DAUGHTER SHE IS THIS WILL BE MY LAST YEAR WATCHING!

I completely agree with you. Watching Bristol perform is as exciting as watching paint dry, she needs to get sent home already!
