After her elimination Tuesday night on The Biggest Loser on NBC, Jessica Delf says she knew that she was going home and had accepted her fate before it was made official. Keep reading to hear what Jessica had to say in her post elimination interview!
NBC’s The Biggest Loser came down to both Elizabeth and Jessica below the yellow line on Tuesday evening, but even before the votes were counted Jessica Delf said she knew she was going home. In a post elimination interview, Jessica said “Going up against Elizabeth, (due to the alliance that Elizabeth has with Brendan, Frado and Patrick) I kind of accepted my fate and knew I was going home. I wasn’t going to get dramatic in the elimination. I wasn’t going to get worked up. I wasn’t going to get crazy and end on this horrible note. I wanted to go out with some grace and some dignity and that is how I approached the elimination that night.”
Jessica Delf has since lost over 80 lbs and continues her healthy eating, exercise and lifestyle, hoping that she will one day find love as she goes on to say “I believed in my heart of hearts that no man was going to want an overweight woman. Nobody would come on to me; nobody would touch me; nobody would bother me if I wasn’t physically attractive. Now that I dealt with that past and the hurt, and the weight is gone now, it is kind of exciting. I am excited to meet a great guy. I am excited to delve into a new relationship and see what life has to offer.” Jessica went on to share that since the show, she decided to give herself her own makeover since she came just of makeover week, so in the theme of “pay it forward” Jessica donated 12 inch chunks of hair to Locks of Love.
