Have you ever wanted to compete on Survivor?  Do you have what it takes to outwit, outplay and outlast the other castaways for $1 million?   CBS is on the search for the next great Survivor contestant for a future season set to air in the 2011-2012 broadcast season.  Read on to find out how you can apply for an upcoming edition of Survivor!

Just like Jimmy T. did to win his spot on Survivor: Nicaragua, you can upload your video online where guests to the site can view the auditions while voting for their favorite potential contestant.  Starting December 7 you can submit your audition video online at www.cbs.com/castingcall through December 28 with the deadline right at midnight.  Voting begins on January 11, 2011, and lasts for two weeks.

In addition to the video, all participants must also complete a contest entry form.  To apply for the show, the CBS rules state you must be a legal resident of the United State, and at least 18 years old.  All videos must be between 30-60 seconds not exceeding 250 megabytes.

Click here for the rest of the rules before applying.

The “winning” applicant will be given a three-night trip to Los Angeles for a live audition with producers of Survivor.  This is the exact way Jimmy T. was selected to be a contestant.
