We had a fun week of The Biggest Loser on NBC last week as we got to see both makeover week and the special Thanksgiving “Where are they now?” episode where they took us on a stroll down memory lane and gave us updates of some past favorites. This week, however it is back to business as we will not only watch one player head home, but two will be eliminated as the red line returns this week in the hunt for the final four! Keep reading for more details!
Yes, you read that right – this week we will see another double elimination on NBC’s The Biggest Loser as the final four will be revealed when the red line returns tonight. With only three episodes remaining (including tonight’s) the competition grows intense as players begin to wonder who their alliances really are. According to NBC tonight we will see “special guest Nastia Liukin, a five-time Olympic medalist and four-time World Champion gymnast, meets up with the players for a pop challenge that tests their stamina as they compete in five different exercises. Later, trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels talk to contestants to see how they feel about going home, one contestant gets an impressive health update from Dr. Huizenga, and the players all discuss what they’d do with the grand prize money if they won.”
And then it will be time for one of our favorite challenges on The Biggest Loser as the contestants compete in the traditional end of season challenge in which the players all put their original weight back on and drop it incrementally as they lost it on the show. After the weigh in, we will watch as one player falls below the red line and must say goodbye immediately. Two more players will then fall below the yellow line and be up for elimination and according to NBC, the player who is eliminated is shocked that they are eliminated – but we all know that could mean nothing, I mean remember Anna Wright who was “shocked” by her elimination? I guess we’ll just have to tune in tonight to see who makes it to the final four and who gets sent home.
