Since her high-profile divorce from her ex-husband, Jon, a year and a half ago, Kate Gosselin hasn’t been romantically linked to anyone else. But now, it looks like the star of TLC’s Kate Plus Eight finally knows what kind of guy she’s looking to settle down with, and it’s none other than the former “First Dude” of Alaska, Todd Palin!
In the next episode of the TLC reality show Sarah Palin’s Alaska, the former vice-presidential candidate and her family take Kate and the eight Gosselin children camping. We’re told that in the episode, Sarah also teaches Kate how to shoot, fish, and hunt, but it’s rumored that the two women didn’t get along that well (is anyone at all surprised?).
“Yet Kate and Todd Palin got along extremely well,” a source told Popeater.com’s Rob Shuter. “Todd would be the perfect man for Kate. He does exactly what he’s told, is happy to stay home and look after the kids and is perfectly happy staying out of the spotlight. He’s the opposite of [Kate's ex-husband] Jon and it also doesn’t hurt that he is very good looking.”
But to clear up any rumors before they even get the chance to start–there was absolutely NO flirting going on between Kate Gosselin and Todd Palin.
“She didn’t learn a thing about nature, but she did learn the importance of finding a perfect mate. No matter how pushy Sarah was, Todd adores her. Kate is now on the hunt for someone similar.”
Though from the looks of it, Kate’s not exactly cut out for hunting. Best of luck on her search anyway!
