Survivor: Nicaragua — Family Tears

December 11, 2010 11:00 AM by Ryan Haidet

It’s not a new concept to Survivor.  The always-dramatic family visit has arrived as the last six castaways on Survivor: Nicaragua get the opportunity to see a loved one from home.  As is typical, this will bring big emotions and tears — heck, Jane might even cry more than when they decided to kill the chicken.  What else is in store for those left in the game?  Read on to find out!

With only two episodes left to go, a CBS press release says this coming Wednesday night features an incentive for the remaining players to win after the family members arrive.  The episode, which is titled, “This Is Going To Hurt,” also features drama when one alliance is faced with a difficult decision to secure their own fate in the game.

The short teaser after Benry was voted out showed host Jeff Probst displaying a large array of food for the winners of a challenge.  As for the losers, Probst is shown in the promo saying, “They will be taken and executed.”  His words leave stunned looks on everybody’s face.  He’s got a smirk on his face as the words leak out.  What’s it all about?  Tune in on Wednesday night to find out!

Who will outwit, outplay and outlast all the others to take home the $1 million prize?  The finale comes on Sunday, December 19.
