Kelly Osbourne may credit Dancing with the Stars for her dramatic weight loss, but the star also has the ABC reality show to blame for worsening some existing problems that she had with her feet. And now, just like the reigning Dancing with the Stars champ, Jennifer Grey, Kelly will also have to go under the knife soon.
Kelly Osbourne has had issues with her feet for years. So why did she wait so long to have the surgery performed?
According to her, she just wasn’t ready to be off of her feet for so long. And even though she’s suffered with the pain for years, Kelly says that her stint on Dancing with the Stars “made it worse” and “kicked it up about 10 years.”
So now, doctors will have to essentially break the bones in both of her feet and then reset them, which will cause Kelly to have to stay off of her feet for at least a month.
With the weight loss of over 50 lbs, a complete turnaround in her public persona, and a boost in her career (she’s currently about to ink a deal to put out her own clothing collection), we think it’s pretty safe to say that even with the surgery, the positives still far outweigh the negatives when it comes to Kelly Osbourne and her decision to join the Dancing with the Stars cast. And the same goes for the current champ, Jennifer Grey.
Best of luck to both ladies on their upcoming surgeries, and here’s hopin’ for speedy recoveries!
