ABC’s Bachelor Pad winner and former Bachelorette contestant David Good got nostalgic over the new season. Read more for an insider’s look on the show, Brad and the girls…

Good said watching the premiere of this season’s Bachelor brought back a lot of great memories. Seeing the show made him miss the house, dates and friends he met on the show, especially host Chris Harrison.

“Chris Harrison cracks my ass up.  The dude is such a pro,” Good blogged. “It’s so funny knowing him and how funny he is but how serious he seems on the show.”

Viewing the premier had good not only missing his friends, but the extravagant dates as well. He said this year’s dates look amazing and can speak from experience when saying they “truly are once in a lifetime.”

While the dates might be once in a lifetime, the chance at finding love on television certainly isn’t–at least for Brad Womack.

Good said he’s a bit skepticle about Womack, but thinks his first season decision to not pick any of the girls was a good one. Overall, Good said he likes Womack and thinks he seems real and ready to make a commitment.

Good thinks some of the girls are too. He praised ABC’s casting saying most of them are beautiful and mature enough with a few notable exceptions.

“They also let a few “slip” through the cracks that are pretty much crazy …or have FANGS, because every show needs a hot blonde with fangs on it these days.  Duh,” he said.

Good wasn’t too keen on contestant Madison Garton’s razor sharp teeth. Something he’s also not a fan of: the slap.

“If I were Brad and a girl got out of the limo and slapped me from the jump without even knowing me I would hope that she brought another pair of shoes because she is walking home,” Good said.

Good did think the idea was definitely ABC’s.

Overall, he thinks ABC’s editing is making Womack look like a good guy and explains his reserved nature and caution with commitment.

Good said he though the show was great and is “pumped to watch it.”
