Angelina Pivarnick, of Jersey Shore fame, has landed her first movie role, according to Radar Online. The 23-year-old Staten Island Jersey girl has a part in the film “Every Time I Go To Staten Island Something Bad Happens.”
A source cloese to Pivarnick tells Radar Online: “It’s a great opportunity for her, she will be starring in a major movie and making good money.”
According to Radar Online, the movie will start shooting this February in three weeks. A production insider tells the website the film will, of course, be shot on location in Staten Island, New York.
The movie’s producers say the film is about a former gang member who gets a chance to start over in art school and tries to prevent his brother from going down the wrong path. The production team, Neurotic Boy Productions, has won awards for previous work at local film festivals.
No reports yet on who Pivarnick is cast to play. We’ll keep you updated when we hear more.
A movie role isn’t Pivarnick’s only venture after leaving the small screen. She’s also tried out singing, releasing her first single “I’m Hot” to not so great reviews from fans and tabloids.
We’ll see if her acting measures up when the film’s released. Do you think Pivarnick has a future on the silver screen?
