Last week, during an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman, actor Kelsey Grammer revealed that he’s going to marry fiancee Kayte Walsh in February. But if his current wife, Camille Grammer, has her say, the couple just may have to hold off on the wedding plans. The star of Bravo’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has recently filed documents with the court to ask the judge to slow down their divorce proceedings. Read on for more details!
Kelsey Grammer and his fiancee, 28-year-old Kayte Walsh, may be ready to say their “I do’s,” but it looks like they may have to wait. Kelsey’s not-so-soon-to-be ex-wife, Camille Grammer, of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has filed a declaration asking the judge to slow down the divorce proceedings to end their 13 year marriage.
According to Camille, she and Kelsey still have a lot of financial business to clear up in their divorce settlement, in addition to many other things that she and her lawyers outlined for the judge.
Camille Grammer also wants more documentation in regards to what will happen with Kelsey’s retirement and pension plans, claiming that once Kelsey and Kayte get married, Kayte will become the beneficiary unless he files documents stating otherwise.
But that’s not all…
Camille’s also requesting that Kelsey cover her health insurance for three years and to give her at least $10 million to help make sure that her rights in the divorce are protected.
Kelsey Grammer and his lawyers have not yet filed their response to Camille’s requests.
