In last night’s all new episode of Top Chef: All-Stars on Bravo, the cheftestants were shocked to see Tre Wilcox from season 3 go home, but no one was more surprised than Mike Isabella, who was certain that he was the one the judges were going to ask to pack his knives and leave the competition. Keep reading to see Tre’s exit interview and a BONUS CLIP that you didn’t get to see in Wednesday’s episode!
Shocked to see Tre Wilcox go home in last night’s episode of Top Chef: All-Stars? So were the other chefs in the competition, but in the end, the self proclaimed “black Italian’s” risotto just wasn’t good enough for the judges. And apparently, it was worse than Mike Isabella’s (who is actually Italian) undercooked pasta.
Check out this Bravo Web Exclusive where Tre says goodbye to his fellow cheftestants and Mike Isabella expresses how surprised he was to hear Tre’s name being called by Padma Lakshmi, instead of his.
Then, watch Tre’s exit interview as he talks about what it’s like going home early from “Top Chef camp,” how host Padma Lakshmi is a lot like his wife, and why he doesn’t think he performs as well during the competition as he does at home.
How can you not like this guy?!
What do you think? Did the judges get it right in last night’s episode of Top Chef: All-Stars, or should Dale or Mike have been sent home instead? Sound off in the comments below!
