There is currently a lot of speculation on why the new season of The Real Housewives of New York City was pushed back to late spring. Some thing it was just so that Bravo could begin The Real Housewives of Miami early, others think there is something more sinister going on. We don’t know the real story, but we do know what Alex McCord has to say about the new season. Keep reading to get her take on the situation.
According to Alex McCord, even though Bethenny Frankel and Jill Zarin are no longer fighting, the new housewife, Cindy Barshop has created quite an uproar with the cast and has brought drama of her own. Alex says that the cast will “go to the brink of insanity and back”.
She continues saying, “It’s not one epic fight, it is 100 fights. We’re comfortable enough with each other now that it’s no holds barred. I did not know Cindy before. You’ll have to see what happens with her and everyone.”
Will we be seeing Alex’s husband Simon this season again? You bet! Simon will be going around, continuing to press everyone’s buttons again, just like he did last season. Regarding the new housewife, Simon says, “On Cindy all I can say it’s really hard to come into a mature cast that has been around each other for four years.”
