Want more Tim McGraw? Wait, that’s a silly question! Who doesn’t?! How about more scenes from Tim McGraw’s episode of Who Do You Think You Are? We’ve got not one, but two additional clips from last Friday’s episode of the NBC reality show! Watch the videos here!
Last week on NBC’s Who Do You Think You Are?, we watched as country superstar and actor Tim McGraw embarked on a fascinating journey through his family tree–from his biological father, baseball’s Tug McGraw, all the way to his 8th great grandfather, Jost Hite, a real estate mogul who played a large part in settling the Shenandoah Valley.
In this clip, not aired in last week’s episode, Tim is taken to the site of Jost Hite’s home, which had served as a community gathering place, and was eventually referred to as a fort. McGraw also gets to tour Jost’s son’s home, which is also on the property. But as you’ll see, by the time Josh Hite’s house was built, things had already improved for the Hite family.
See the clip here:
After his eye-opening journey, Tim McGraw heads back to see his Uncle Hank, the brother of Tim’s biological father, Tug McGraw, and tells him everything he learned. But what we didn’t see in last Friday’s episode was Uncle Hank’s difficulty in choosing sides…
Though proud of his family’s accomplishments, he struggled with the fact that Jost Hite was at odds with the Native Americans in the Shenandoah Valley who had originally settled the land. But as Tim quickly reminds him, without Jost Hite, there would be no Uncle Hank.

And don’t forget to watch the next episode of Who Do You Think You Are? featuring Rosie O’Donnell when it premieres this Friday, February 18th at 8|7c on NBC.
