Survivor: Redemption Island — A Peek At Episode 2

February 23, 2011 10:00 AM by Ryan Haidet

If the premiere of Survivor: Redemption Island is any indication, this season could truly go down as one of the best.  After Phillip’s crazy reactions and comments at the first Tribal Council, is it possible the second episode could be any better?  Can this season hold on tight to the strong momentum it began with?  What is in store for Survivor fans tonight?  Read on for a sneak peek!

The second episode is titled, “You Own My Vote.”  A CBS press release says, “One castaway’s kind gesture causes others to take notice and question his loyalty to the tribe, while Francesca settles into solitary life on Redemption Island and speculates who will join her next.”

Host Jeff Probst teases in his blog that episode two is great.  The biggest part of his tease comes when Probst reveals that Phillip is showcased hunting for a crab.  “You will laugh for sure and you may even shed a patriotic tear.  It’s one of the best scenes of the season.  Yes, he’s wearing his peach underwear.”

A short promo video on CBS.com shows Russell apparently confronting Ralph saying, “I don’t like how you’re coming at me.”  Then Ralph says in a confessional, “I’ll play this game.  I’ll show him how smart I can be.”  Then Natalie is featured in a confessional in which she admits to trusting Boston Rob.  On the other hand, Boston Rob says that Natalie is the perfect partner in the game.

Who will be voted out next and join Francesca on Redemption Island?  Find out tonight!
