As the owners of Davide in Boston, MA nervously wait to see if their upcoming appearance on Kitchen Nightmares will help or hurt their restaurant business, local Jay Santos, the cute, blue haired chef from Boston recently gave his thoughts on whether or not he thought being on reality television would help them. In am interview with a Boston newspaper, Jay says he thinks being on the show will definitely help the restaurant and the adds “Appearing on that show was the best move I ever made in my career.”
Jay Santos was actually on the set when the Davide episode of Kitchen Nightmares was shot and he says he expects nothing less than the best from the show for the restaurant. Despite the worries of Frank, one of the owners who told the reporter “It could be good for business or we could close. Either way I’d do it all over again.” Jay is confident that things will go well for Davide’s as he closes with “They go on, beat them up and make sure they rise. I assure you, he doesn’t need to be worried about his business. They did like $40,000 in renovations.” Hopefully things will go well for Davide’s as Jay predicts and we will not see them closing shop after the show.
Tune in tomorrow at 8 pm EST on FOX for this episode!
