FOX’s Kitchen Nightmares chef Gordon Ramsay is proving once again why we love him so much. The Michelin chef who was recently blasted by Eric Ripert for his demeanor is now reportedly running in a marathon for charity. Keep reading for all the details!
Kitchen Nightmares Chef Gordon Ramsay is at it again. I don’t care what anyone says about this man, he is always doing charity work and that is exactly why us fans love him so darn much! According to a Santa Monica newspaper, Gordon Ramsay is going to be running in the Los Angeles Marathon for Santa Monica based Meals on Wheels West. The marathon will take place on March 20th and according to inside sources, Gordon Ramsay competed in last year’s marathon as well.
According to the paper “All funds raised by Team Meals will go to feeding home-bound seniors in the West Los Angeles area. The Santa Monica-based Meals On Wheels West provided more than 29,000 meals to seniors in 2010 alone.” The charity is currently looking for more participants so if you are interested in joining Gordon Ramsay, some of the benefits include free registration and gear, invitations to free Team Meals events and the opportunity to participate in a professional training program.
