This week The Biggest Loser on NBC said goodbye to Sarah Nitta but not before Sarah tackled her biggest obstacle of fear. After the show, Bob Harper blogged about the contestants and overcoming their mental obstacles. So just what does Bob think? Keep reading for more details!
The Biggest Loser’s Bob Harper is blogging once again, this time about the obstacles that some of the contestants had to contend with this week. First Bob chats a bit about Sarah’s fear as he posted “Fear is a pretty powerful emotion and can make you do and think many different things. First we have Sarah who was so afraid of working out with Jillian & I, mostly because of her own in capabilities that she created for herself after her car accident.” Bob goes on to share that working out with Sarah was great for him because he enjoyed seeing her conquer her fear as he added “I love when people get those moments in the gym where their past starts to crumble in their own minds and they forge ahead.”
Bob Harper also posted about Hannah’s obstacle as well, which was getting over the fact that Marci put Hannah with Sarah to help her, not to make Hannah feel weak in any way which gave Hannah some resentment. Bob said “So it took Jillian working her out and getting Hannah to see that this decision was made from a positive place and not the negative place that Hannah feels very comfortable going to.” Overall Bob Harper thought the decision to have the team captains this week was beneficial.
