Shedding for the Wedding: airs on The CW. The reality series follows seven couples as they try and lose weight before their big day. The couple that loses the most weight will win the wedding of their dreams! Meet fitness trainer Jennifer Cohen. Keep reading to find out some of Jennifer’s weight-loss tips from her blog.
Hi, my name is Jennifer Cohen and I am 50% of the team that through Sweat, Puke and Tears will be challenging the contestants and whipping their butts into shape on the new CW show, Shedding for the Wedding. I have been sculpting and molding bodies for over 10 years and in that time I have worked with celebrities, athletes and everyday people helping them reach their weight loss and fitness goals. My mantra is: Anytime, Anywhere NO Excuses!!!
With that said, I created a company with those key words in mind Called No Gym Required. No Gym Required is the result of thousands of everyday people asking me, “how can I get into shape if I can’t make it to the gym?” My Philosophy is that you don’t need a gym or fancy equipment to feel better and slim down, it is all about a little creativity, the right attitude and utilizing your own body weight and things around you to shape up and get fit. I don’t believe there is any excuse not to portray the best version of yourself to the world, that is just what I want the brides and grooms on Shedding for the Wedding to also feel. When you look good, you feel good…PERIOD! Over the next few months while I am pushing the cast on the show to be the best they can be, I will also be providing simple tips and tricks to help motivate and help release your inner rock star! My goal is to inspire and assist everyone to make those positive changes in their life by giving them the tools and advice to make that a reality.
