After American Idol on FOX‘s most controversial elimination ever, the elimination of Pia Toscano has the judges up in arms. Randy Jackson may just be campaigning for more saves during the season he recently told Ryan Seacrest. Keep reading to hear everything that Randy had to say!
American Idol’s Randy Jackson paid a visit to E!News and told Ryan Seacrest in an interview that because of Pia’s elimination he thinks maybe they need more saves. Randy told Ryan “We might need to have, in the top 13, one save, and then in the top 10—up to the top five, another save, because I felt that Pia was starting to hit her stride…I think we have to come up with some sort of system – because what we want, ultimately, Ryan, is a duel to the finish. The two best ones to be there at the end, duke-ing it out. We had that at the end with Clay and Ruben, we’ve had that a couple of times, but we haven’t had that every time, you know? If it comes down to the two guys I think it’ll come down to, it’ll be a fight to the finish, and a great fight of the finish. We need that kind of end, you know what I mean? Oh my god.”
Interesting. So apparently Randy thinks it will come down to 2 guys? But which two guys is he thinking of…I wonder if he is thinking James versus Scotty because that is what I am thinking. What do you think of Randy’s comments? Do you think there should be more saves in the season or should it be left the way it is now? Comment and share your thoughts with us!
