This week on NBC‘s America’s Next Great Restaurant we said goodbye to Gregg Westcott and Krystal Seymour, but it was their lack of leadership not their barbeque food that got them eliminated. In her elimination interview, Krystal Seymour says that she had the “most realistic” concept. Keep reading to hear more of what she wanted to share!
America’s Next Great Restaurant fans said goodbye to Grill’Billies this week as Krystal Seymour and Gregg Westcott could not get their act together in terms of who was running their team – the chef was the only one who seemed to be running anything! But in their exit interview, Krystal doesn’t think they should have gone home as she says “I don’t think we should have been eliminated. I believe our concept was the most realistic option in terms of eating out on a consistent basis. However I am a firm believer in everything happens for a reason!”
She goes on to add that they will continue to work on Grill’Billies and that their concept “Has evolved since the show, and we are really excited about the new development. We will no doubt open the doors for business one day. This concept is our baby and our hearts are extremely invested in it. We are determined to take the necessary time to put out a restaurant we are truly proud of.” To read Krystal’s full interview, please check out Krystal Seymour’s Elimination Interview and tune in next week for a brand new episode of America’s Next Great Restaurant on NBC!
