This week on Oxygen‘s Tori & Dean: sTORIbook Weddings, Tori Spelling and hubby Dean McDermott race to plan Erienne & Jeremy‘s shabby chic wedding after learning that the couple lost their venue just 3 weeks before the big day. How do they pull it off in such a short amount of time?
Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are at it again! This time the reality TV couple are determined to help Erienne and Jeremy have the perfect wedding day; especially after finding out about all of the obstacles they’ve gone through already.
Erienne and Jeremy had planned to have their wedding in three weeks, but found out that they lost the venue they wanted. With no time at all to get everything done themselves, the couple enlisted Tori & Dean to help them create the shabby chic wedding they wanted.
Luckily, shabby chic happens to be Tori Spelling’s specialty. It is so on!
After meeting with the couple at their house and getting a rundown of everything they want, Tori & Dean get to work.
First order of business — to find these kids a venue!
Tori finds a ranch with a not so great interior, but an absolutely gorgeous outdoor space that’s perfect for both the ceremony and reception, and even includes a bridge! Score!
After securing their venue, Tori and Erienne meet to chat and share some more ideas. Ever so crafty Erienne brings a few things that she’d like to include, and decides that as a wedding gift, she’d like to have some pictures of herself taken for Jeremy. Erienne isn’t feeling so confident about her appearance though.
Wanting to show her how beautiful she truly is while allowing her to feel pampered, Tori hooks Erienne up with a dermatologist and a dentist to help her treat her acne and brighten her smile with some veneers. And as a added treat — Tori’s also footing the bill for Erienne’s bridesmaids to get whitening treatments. It helps to have friends in high places.
Next, it’s on to the salon to get rid of Erienne’s dark roots, and after her hair is done, Tori Spelling is brought to tears, happy that Erienne is feeling beautiful inside and out.
Now, she’s ready for those pictures!
While the girls (and James) are playing dress up for Erienne’s big photo shoot, Dean McDermott and Jeremy are having a heart-to-heart as they work on making items for the wedding. Jeremy talks about the change in Erienne’s confidence level since her stunning transformation, adding that to him, she was always that gorgeous.
With the bride’s mother having already made her gown, Erienne, Tori, and little Stella (Tori & Dean’s daughter) head to a boutique to pick out dresses for the bridesmaids.
After everyone arrives, Erienne’s mom shows her the final dress and surprises her with a cocktail dress that she also made for her to wear during the reception.
With all of the bridesmaids’ dresses picked out, Erienne tries on the gown that her mother made, and begins to cry when she sees that the dress is everything wanted it to be.
Later, Tori, Dean, and the kids work on the little details, but Tori’s concerned that she hasn’t incorporated the birds that Erienne wanted. They decide that doves would be perfect, so they make a call to arrange for the couple to release the birds during the ceremony.
On to the cake!
Erienne and Jeremy don’t want a traditional wedding cake and instead have opted for a dessert table with cupcakes and other sweet treats, so they head to the bakery to taste a variety of desserts and select the ones they’d like to use at the reception. All in a day’s work!
Not knowing when to break the bad news to the bride, Tori Spelling decides to wait until Erienne is hopped up on sugar to tell her that there’s a slight problem with their perfect venue: because of city ordinances, there can’t be any music past 7 pm, which doesn’t exactly make for a very fun reception.
No worries, Erienne, Tori, and James plan to hold part of the reception indoors – nasty carpet be damned!
Will Tori Spelling be able to Tori-fy the reception space in such a short amount of time?
It’s wedding day, and when they arrive at the venue, Tori and James discover that the ceremony isn’t set up the way they had planned. Apparently, Erienne told the workers to set it up differently, so Tori Spelling has her come out to explain their vision, and she agrees that they should move everything around.
With the bride and groom both getting ready or their big day, Tori then stops by to give Jeremy his gift from Erienne, and he’s blown away by the photos.
As the bridesmaids walk down the aisle, Dean McDermott escorts Erienne to the ceremony by boat, and the bride is then greeted by her father, who presents her to her groom.
Erienne and Jeremy release the doves and exchange vows with tears in their eyes before being pronounced husband and wife.
After the ceremony, the guests are in awe as they enter the outdoor reception area and the bride and groom are introduced.
At 7, the party heads indoors, and Erienne and Jeremy are shocked to learn that Tori & Dean have gotten their favorite band to perform at the reception.
Another great surprise — they’ve also hired a silhouette artist to create cameos of each of the wedding guests, which will all be put together in a book full of wishes for the bride and groom to keep forever.
All together now… “Awwww!”
Be sure to tune in to next week’s episode of Tori & Dean: sTORIbook Weddings, where Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott plan a wedding where the bride wants to be flown in on a magic carpet.
