The Amazing Race Preview: Too Many Cooks In The Kitchen

April 29, 2011 12:00 PM by Allyson Wells

The Amazing Race pressure is mounting and teams will be pushed to the edge both physically and mentally as they come face-to-face with the world famous Matterhorn.  The preview reveals that tears will be shed in the most intense argument of the season.  Which racers have a meltdown and will it jeopardize their chances to remain in the race?

This week the racers will brave bone-chilling temperatures as they come face-to-face at the Matterhorn.  Gary and Mallory are shown gearing up, as Mallory remarks, “We are wearing a lot of protective gear.”  It appears the racers are lowered into the mountain.  Zev yells to Justin, “You’re going too far!”  Will the situation prove to be too dangerous for the teams?

Tempers will also flare in a kitchen, which looks to be a challenge of some sort.  One of the raised tempers comes from Harlem Globetrotter, Big Easy.  Who is he fighting with and why?

There are only two episodes remaining for the Unfinished Business season.  I thought the cowboys were the toughest competitors, and now that they have been eliminated, it seems to be anyone’s game.  Who do you think has the strongest chance to win?  Many of the teams seem to have been working together at various points during the race.  Now that it is down to the wire, it will be interesting to see how that aspect of the show plays out.

Are there any teams you are rooting for or against?  Feel free to leave your comments below and tune into The Amazing Race this Sunday at 8 pm to see who will make it to the finale.

Not interested in watching any more. TAR is becoming too much like “Survivor”. Cowboys Jet and Cord were only bright spot of teamwork and honesty that TAR had left. Now they are gone and so am I.
