If you tuned in to Bravo‘s Top Chef Masters last week, you watched as Alex Stratta was sent packing after a challenge with Maroon 5 in which he took on too many dishes. After the show, Alex says that he “knew” he may be going home. Keep reading to hear what else Alex Stratta had to say!
Alex Stratta of Top Chef Masters spoke with E! Online after his elimination in which he claims he may have known he was going home. Alex said of the challenge “I know the mistakes I made. I didn’t have a good feeling because of cooking on the tour bus. But you know, I couldn’t use that as an excuse because everybody had the same challenges. I think I should have picked something a bit simpler.”
Alex Stratta also says that he would definitely do the show again and in fact he hopes they ask him to come back again. When asked about working on a moving tour bus, Alex replied with “I guess being a part of a Top Chef show is that you have to expect the unexpected. Granted, I would have preferred to be cooking in my kitchen on my stove with my pots.”
