The Biggest Loser season eleven finale kicked off tonight as Alison Sweeney brought out Jay and Irene to find out who America voted for as the third contestant at the final weigh in tonight. They both looked amazing but you could tell Jay definitely lost a lot more weight than Irene did. However, when Alison revealed the results of America’s votes, it was Irene who America voted to stay in as the third contestant.
Then it was time to start the weigh in’s from the at home players, and it was no surprise that Rulon didn’t even show up. The first three contestants up were Ana, Courtney and Marci. I must say I was really looking forward to seeing both Courtney and Arthur again and I was disappointed in both of them. Courtney looked good, but she didn’t lose as much as I thought she would have. Ana lost 109 lbs, Courtney lost 110 lbs and Marci lost 86 lbs leaving Ana in first place for the $100,000 prize.
Next up we saw brothers Dan and Don as well as husband and wife team Q and Larialmy. You knew from the moment they hit the stage that Q and Larialmy had no chance of winning, in fact they look like they have done nothing since they have been home….except maybe overeat. Dan lost 124 lbs pushing Ana out of first place and he into it. Don was told he needed to lose 133 to take over, and he only lost 130 – they both looked incredible. Q lost 93 lbs and Larialmy lost 84 – and they both look like they need to lose a lot more.
Then it was Moses, Kaylee, Ken and Austin to weigh in. Moses lost an amazing 153 lbs and looked great while Kaylee looked like she put some weight on at home and she did since she was only down 54 lbs. Ken looked great and he lost 158 lbs while Austin lost 174 lbs putting him first place instead of Dan.
Next up on The Biggest Loser finale it was mother and daughter team Deni and Sarah along with father and son team Jesse and Arthur. Deni looked super slim, you could tell she lost a lot of weight, while Sarah didn’t look to have lost much more, but she changed her hair and she looked gorgeous. Deni lost a total of 125 lbs while Sarah lost 106. Arthur was disappointing as he only lost 163 lbs – yes normally this would be a good amount but at his size, I was hoping to see him lose over 200. Jesse looked good and very happy and he is currently 83 lbs lighter. Deni, however took the lead from Austin.
The final three to weigh in were Justin, Jay and Jen. Justin looked incredible and lost an amazing 173 lbs, just a few lbs shy of taking the lead away from Deni. Jen looked beautiful and so happy and she had reason to be since she lost 114 lbs – not enough to beat Deni but enough to get her life back. Jay was the last one up in hopes of beating Deni, but could he do it? He would have needed to lost over 195 and he ended up losing 181, not too shabby but not enough to beat Deni, making her the winner of the $100,00 at home prize.
Before we got to the final three, Ali revealed the shocking news that Anna Kournikova would be joining Bob Harper for season twelve. Okay that was a complete let down and she did not even say whether or not Brett and Cara would be back. Then finally it was time to reveal the winner as the final three hopped on the scale for the last time. Irene lost a total of 116 lbs, Hannah lost a total of 120 lbs while Olivia lost a total of 129 lbs. In terms of body weight percentage that meant that Olivia was the winner of The Biggest Loser season eleven! Congratulations to Olivia for all her hard work and winning!
