Wow. Can’t say this is a surprise! Last night on American Idol viewers were told that the song Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina sung would be their first single IF they should be crowned the next American Idol. However, 19 Entertainment, the record label that both Scotty McCreery and Laurean Alaina are contractually obligated to sign with, has already released the singles from both artists and they can be purchased via iTunes today. Kind of take the “special” out of it don’t you think?
Scotty McCreery sang “I Love You This Big” and Lauren Alaina sang “Like My Mother Does”. Both of those songs can now be bought, sung by the artists, on iTunes, for $1.29.
Not only can you buy their singles on iTunes, but you can buy an entire album of their American Idol performances, all of the songs they sang during the competition over the last 12 weeks, for each article. Each album is $9.99.
If you are a Scotty McCreery or Lauren Alaina fan, you do not have to wait months to hear your favorite sing again and again. Will you be buying it?
