Love ,love, love Scotty. I’m a black woman and I just love Scotty. His innocence, his love for the Lord, his humility, and the songs he sang on AM Idol 2011. He is a breath of fresh air in the music industry, even though I think all the AM Idol singers were so good, esp. Casey, Paul, James, Jacob, and Stefano, Halley, Pia, and Alaina. But Scotty stood out from the very beginning to me. There is a light on him. His voice is so healing and velvety. I couldn’t believe how beautiful his gift is. His voice will reach and touch the world. I believe if he stays humble, keeps his walk with the Lord, keeps good strong people around him, and continues singing as he has on AM Idol he will go far and be a huge success in whatever he sings. Thank you

Scotty, you stood out in the audition and ever since I have been looking out for you only. Everyone on idol was good but you stood out above the others and shone your light thru. (You are right in here Fran-TQ) I am a muslim from Malaysia, SEA and I am happy that you are a good Christian and that’s what makes you shine with that something special. As the saying goes, learn all the goodies /advices of the trade from your peers. With their experiences, they will guide you along as Jesus is in their hearts too. Of course, I will buy all your singles / albums and as well as those in the o’le country genre esp Randy Travis,Josh Turner and Carrie Underwood, etc. Be nobody but your self. Scotty, you have the very low register and and a big/powerful voice when you sang “She believes in me” You can use this voice to make records in the likes of Tom Jone, Engelberg Humperdinck, Elvis, Jim Reeves with a little bit of rock and country twist and at the same time, continue making albums of your o’le country and oh boy, you will reach out into bigger markets. To start out, you should do varieties to prove your CRITICS WRONG and you will make your fans love you BIG/BIGGER/BIGGEST. I hope you read this on my 2cts worth advice. I love ” I Love You This Big ” It’s a nice song to sing. Not only children can sing to parents but parents can sing to their children too on special occasions with a few changes to the verses. So Scotty, continue to find new good songs and add varieties to your song lists. Best of luck. Lots of love and good luck to you.
