America’s Got Talent is back tonight for another hour of auditions in Seattle and first up was Brian, who started by saying he would be attempting to break a world record. So what does Brian do you may ask? He blows up hot water bottles using his own hot air and actually holds the world record for it! Brian, who claimed he used a different brand of hot water bottles couldn’t even blow up one for us and Nick Cannon gave up on trying after one second and went with a balloon instead. Piers told him it was the most ridiculous thing he had ever seen and he was sent on his merry way.
Then we saw a bunch of horrible auditions such as Kimo, with a Madonna performance as well as “Robo” a robot comedian. When Piers Morgan asked one contestant when the “hell” is over from his performance, the contestant’s mother gives Piers a piece of her mind! Then we met Alaska an unemployed, hippie looking character who decided his freestyle dance moves to Irene Cara’s “What a Feeling” was worth a million dollars, but the only thing this bird like performance was worth was a million laughs! Despite the three no’s, Nick decided to give the judges and the audience a lesson in the bird dance of Alaska.
Up next on America’s Got Talent is Gichi Guy who is also in the Guinness book of world records for the most jokes in a minute. He started off corny, but then it got funny, but he was grossly sweating through his suit. Two of the three judges love him – do I have to tell two you which two? Of course, Mr. personality didn’t like him, but he would have to deal with it as Gichi Guy was headed to Vegas. And the great auditions continued with a singing group, a pole dancer and an acrobatic magician who disappeared from the stage and reappeared on the balcony!
America’s Got Talent then met a pool playing pooch in the Seattle auditions, who the judges loved, but wanted to be sure he could do more tricks before going to Vegas, and indeed his owner said he could. The BGP was up next and this trio put on a great performance of “Benny and The Jets” that had the crowd going wild. Despite the fact that Sharon said she wanted to see them come out and it make it more “their” song, they got a ticket to Vegas.
After a break we saw an eight, nine and ten year old adorable dancers hit the stage. This cute trio rocked the house and were sent straight through to Vegas. Ending the evening of Seattle auditions was Mary Lee, a song writer, who shocked the audience by telling us that she writes music for dead people, or those who are dying. She decided to put on a comical yet sweet performance all about Piers, complete with video footage. Despite Piers love for her and his tribute, both Sharon and Howie gave her a no and she was sent on her way.
