The Bachelorette: Return of Bentley Williams As Much About The Guys As It Is About Ashley Hebert

June 22, 2011 08:30 AM by Kristin Watson

The return of Bentley Williams on ABC’s The Bachelorette has fans concerned over Ashley Hebert’s well-being, but according to Chris Harrison it’s also about the guys.

Chris Harrison took to his Entertainment Weekly blog to give his take on Ashley Hebert’s obsession with Bentley Williams. He also teased Williams’ upcoming return and the impact it had on the guys of The Bachelorette.

“A lot has been made about Ashley’s meeting with Bentley but in my opinion the bigger story next week is how the other men react when Ashley comes clean and tells them everything that happened,” Harrison teased in the blog.

He went on to write, “Next week is an episode not to be missed from start to finish. It will absolutely shape everything that will happen the rest of this season and maybe the rest of Ashley’s life.”

As for Harrison’s thoughts on Ashley Hebert’s feelings for Bentley Williams, it seems he couldn’t let the farce go on any longer. He had to confront her during the June 20th episode.

“When I sat down with Ashley at deliberation, I could tell she was in a bad place,” Harrison wrote on the blog. “I will admit I was a little disappointed that she had slipped back into this place and was still so hung up on Bentley. I was brutally honest with her at deliberation. I firmly believed we reached a serious breaking point. If things continue down this path, this isn’t going to end well. There is absolutely no way possible Ashley can find love like this,” Harrison went on.

Honestly, we’re kind of excited to see how someone like Ryan deals with the return of Bentley Williams. He’s been good at overcoming the guys talking smack about his upbeat attitude and he managed to turn his blow to Ames’ head into some alone time with Ashley. We can’t wait to see all the guys’ reactions.

The infamous Bentley better be on the next broadcast. You teased the audience into thinking he would be on this week, and low and behold no Bentley! If he’s not on next week, I’m not watching what would be a phony show in my view.

I keep waiting for that gotcha moment when someone from the production crew shows Ashley Bentley’s snarky interviews. What a piece of crap and how in the world did he fool his way onto this show?
You have a responsibility to step in when allowing those feelings to develop knowing all along how Bentley was playing everyone.
Note to Bentley. If you can fool Ashley and all the other guys on this show, what makes you think anyone would ever trust you in business? You did not do your business any good by becoming known as the guy who could never be trusted to be real. You are slime.

tell Ashley to shut the hell up about Bentlsy. Viewers are sick of her constant whinning. Get over it and move on. Ashley is boring the world with Bentley He doesn’t want to be with her, and he made that clear. Maybe she is not mature enough to be the bachelorette!!!!!
