America’s Got Talent was back tonight with more auditions starting off with a pair of singers/dancers called “Eric and Christlo” and these two kids kicked the show off to an awful start with their rendition of TLC’s “Waterfalls”. Piers called it a catastrophe and Howie called them “Millie Vanilla”, while Sharon also gave them a no despite how “adorable” she thought they were.
And the auditions just got worse with Chris the boy with the wire hair who hung by hair from a chain and a group of girls with balloons over their bottoms dancing. Next we saw a face painted clown who said he was a magician but he also proved to be talent less. Luckily we were saved by “Fatally unique” an awesome dance group who rocked the stage and were sent through to Vegas despite Piers dislike of their costumes.
Ian, a 16 year old was next up on America’s Got Talent with some unique yo-yo skills – like we have never seen before. The judges loved him and sent him to Vegas. Tricky was up next with his massive muscles, which he moved perfectly…I think no one one enjoyed him as much as Sharon did. Needless to say Tricky was going to Vegas along with singer Taylor Davis, who performed “Just The Way You Are”.
Tomahawk Tassles was up next with a dance routine that looked like a stripper routine and Sharon was immediately irritated and buzzed her off, but then Howie wandered on stage to take her paddle (that was covering her breasts). Piers also gave her a no, despite Howie giving her a yes, she would not be going through.
Cindy Chang, a 42 year old singer was up next. Cindy revealed before she performed that she always wanted to be a singer but her parents would not let her. Cindy was absolutely stunning with her performance and she could not stop from getting emotional after she heard the audience’s applause. The judges loved her, as Piers told her how wrong her parents were. Needless to say, Cindy, who was by far the best performance of the night thus far was going to Vegas.
Then we saw another Mike Stone and the critical band perform and they were also sent through to Vegas. “Fantastic Fig” the psychic magician was up next with his cat on his shoulder – but could he impress? His card tricks were amazing and then he started to dance. His dancing was horrible but he said he had no idea why he was dancing – the judges loved his magic and sent him through.
Then we saw “GTR”, a pair of overweight gals who claimed that they “rock”. Their performance was comical but not very good and Sharon happened to catch Nick dancing and called him out on stage to show his stuff. These girls got all no’s and were sent on their way.
America’s Got Talent continued with a family of daredevils whose two children, ages 8 and 13, would be doing the “Globe of Death” or riding their motorbikes inside a steel globe. With their dad inside the globe as well, these kids rocked it – they had their bikes flying all over this globe. Piers thought it was one of the most exciting things he had seen on the show and Howie loved it also. Sharon loved it and this family closed the show tonight with their ticket to Vegas.
That wraps up tonight’s auditions, be sure to tune in tomorrow for more auditions!
