That’s right, according to TMZ, Mark Ballas has been summoned to a Los Angeles small claims court as he is being sued by Ace PR, his ex-publicist as they claim he owes them money….over $2,600.00 to be exact!

TMZ says they have obtained legal documents that suggest Mark Ballas “agreed to pay them a 30 day termination fee when he signed his contract”, but Mark Ballas is not going to give in without a fight.

The Dancing With The Stars pro also told TMZ that he does not believe he owes the company, whom he fired back in September, a dime as they did a lousy job for him. Is Mark right or wrong here? A judge will decide as these two are set to square off in court on July 8th. Stay tuned to hear what happens next!

I say Mark Ballas is right if he fired them back in September of last year he does not owe them a dime. Mark Ballas is a good dancer and I’m behind him 100%.

Mark Ballas doesn’t owe them. He fired them, he terminated the contract himself. Fired no pay.
