Comedy Central is planning on bringing in big ratings when they broadcast the upcoming roast of former Two-and-a-Half Men star Charlie Sheen. But while the network braces themselves for Sheen’s unpredictable antics, the actor’s ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, of Oxygen‘s The World According to Paris, is also making plans — with her lawyers!
With Comedy Central planning a roast of the actor, TMZ reports that the World According to Paris star is getting her lawyers ready to fight any potential jokes that will be made about her during the special, and wants her name to be “completely off-limits.”
Though it may sound a little odd, Brooke actually may have a good chance of “winning” this one. In their divorce settlement, Charlie promises that he’ll never publicly discuss her drug use. But can she really prevent the other actors and comedians from talking about her too?
We’ll have to wait and see, but as it stands, sources say that Mueller and her lawyers are seriously considering sending a letter to the network, demanding that they cut any anti-Brooke jokes from the broadcast.
What do you think — Should Brooke Mueller be concerned about what could potentially be said about her during the roast of Charlie Sheen and try to prevent Comedy Central from airing jabs about her, or is she fair game? Sound off in the Comments below!
