Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino Slapped With $1 Million Dollar Lawsuit

July 10, 2011 10:28 AM by Lisa Princ

While Snooki may be busy getting an ice cream pedicure, her Jersey Shore co-star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is dealing with a $1 million dollar lawsuit! So what did the MTV star do to get slapped with that? Read on for more…

Apparently, Paul ‘Pauly D’ DelVecchio isn’t the only Jersey Shore member to get slapped with a lawsuit recently as Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino has reportedly also been hit with one – for $1 million dollars! That’s no small chunk of change, so what did he do to get hit with that?

According to TMZ, Sitch’s former managers are suing the star as Gotham NYC Entertainment is saying that “The Situation” breached their contract when he fired them in May for “lack of performance.” The company goes on to add that Mike did not give them the required 30 days notice to fix their problem before he fired them.

A cool million dollars should not be an issue for Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino as he reportedly makes $100k per episode of the Jersey Shore, but he better shell it out soon as new reports are saying he is bailing out on the show as well. Fellow cast member Vinny Guadagnino bailed on the show’s fifth season last week and the buzz around the web is that Sitch will be following in his cast mate’s footsteps.
