Brooke Mueller Headed Back To Rehab

July 23, 2011 11:00 AM by Lisa Princ

Brooke Mueller of Oxygen‘s The World According to Paris was recently spotted with what skeptics called a crack pipe, but now Charlie Sheen‘s ex is reportedly headed to rehab for the millionth time. Read on for more…

According to In Touch Weekly, The World According To Paris co-star, Brooke Mueller is headed back to rehab. Earlier in the week, reports said that the star was headed to Mexico to try a treatment that uses a new drug to stops cravings after Brooke was reportedly snagged carrying around a home made “crack pipe”. Brooke Mueller knocked down those rumors saying that the only thing she was smoking was pot – and that makes it better?

According to sources close to Brooke Mueller: “This was a very big step for Brooke to take. She has resisted entering a residential facility because she didn’t want to be away from her sons.” Friends and family of Brooke are hoping that this will finally be the attempt that works for her, as she has been in and out of rehab so many times in the past. We certainly hope for the sake of her children that Brooke gets serious and succeeds this time around.

What do you think? Will this be Brooke Mueller’s last trip to rehab? Comment and share your thoughts with us below!

How many times she has been in rehab, and what kind of drug she was using is not the point. On a positive note at least she keeps trying to get help for herself.Personaly, I am not sure about a new drug that stops cravings would work.I have always been told a person has to have a spritual experience. I never realy have tried to take a pill, but there are many ways of dealing with addiction. Her little boys need there mother so I hope that she does find something that works for her.

One of the biggest reasons why “rehab” doesn’t “work” for many people is they they have limited motivation. If they has the fire in their guts they could get clean without some lame counseling.

When someone gets sober after a few days (or weeks) they realize they are PAYING someone to care about them. That’s one of the most painful realizations and greatest stumbling blocks. All those “counselors” and nurses” and “doctors” make their $. their daily bread, from posturing that they care about their clients…..THAT’S the biggest lie. They couldn’t care less about their clients because it’s a JOB.
The toughest part about giving up booze of drugs is to be able to care about yourself and not look for that in someone else. Because it (real caring) won’t be there. It’s an inside job; sometimes a VERY lonely one.
“Rehab” is a scam and always has been. The only thing that’s ever come close to the real deal is something like the Salvation Army because those people do what they do for love and not for money.
