Get your minds out of the gutter, people. We mean E! has picked up the new reality series Dirty Soap. Read on to find out which of your favorite soap stars will be featured on the new reality show that takes you inside the lives of the actors — on and off set.
It has been confirmed, E! has officially picked up the new reality series Dirty Soap. Before we move on, who is not in love with that title? Dirty Soap will be a new docu-series consisting of 8 one-hour long episodes that will take us into the lives of our favorite soap stars — on and off the set. We’ve always wanted to go inside the real lives of some of the most dramatic actors in daytime.
A few of the stars slated to participate in the E! show are One Life To Live’s real life couple John-Paul Lavoisier and Farah Fath who play Rex and Gigi (well, Gigi just recently said goodbye).
Days Of Our Lives’ Galen Gering (Rafe) and Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe) and General Hospital’s Kelly Monaco (Sam) and Kirsten Storms (Maxie) will also reportedly take part.
The series which premieres on E! Sunday, September 25 at 10:00 p.m. is being executive produced by Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos who are married in real life and used to play Hayley and Mateo on All My Children.
This is great news for fans who were bumming hard over the news that OLTL and AMC were making the switch from TV to online. Soaps will always find a way back to our televisions — even if it’s in reality show form.
