Simon Cowell Determined To Bring Mariah Carey To The X Factor!

Now that Mariah Carey is over her pregnancy and has her adorable twins Monroe and Moroccan, Simon Cowell is singing her praises and is determined to find a role for her on The X Factor. Read on for all the details…
Simon Cowell has a fantastic group of talent backing him for the season premiere of Fox’s The X Factor including Nicole Scherzinger, Paula Abdul and LA Reid, but there’s someone he’s been longing to bring to the show — Mariah Carey.
Simon Cowell is willing to do what it takes to develop a spot for Mariah Carey on The X Factor, a diva Cowell says he’s ”wanted to be involved in the show from day one.”
“You can’t say no to Mariah,” Simon Cowell explained to People magazine. The former American Idol judge added, “We have to find a role for her. I’m a huge fan of hers – not just as an artist, but as a person, and I love her to death.”
As for dealing with a bunch of chatty women on The X Factor, Simon Cowell revealed, “We just can’t shut Paula [Abdul] and Nicole [Scherzinger] up. Add Mariah into the mix as well and you won’t even have anyone singing.”
That would actually be a scene we’d happily tune in for. Simon Cowell also recently spoke out about Cheryl Cole and the drama surrounding her exclusion from the show. Click here for more details on what he said.
What do you think Mariah Carey should be on The X Factor — a guest judge, mentor or should she take over the whole fiasco and take Simon Cowell’s place? Sound off in the comments section.
